CRBC President Du Fei Meets with Transport Minister and Executive Secretary of Ministry of Railways of Pakistan

CRBC President Du Fei met with Kerim-Transport Minister and Agha-Executive Secretary of Ministry of Railways of Pakistan during his work visit to Pakistan.

On September 27, CRBC President Du Fei met with Minister Kerim. He introduced the Minister the infrastructure projects undertaken by CRBC in Pakistan since 1995, and detailed the progress of KKH Project Phase II (Havelian-Thakot Section) and the key infrastructure projects under construction. The Minister expressed admiration for all the efforts made by CRBC for Karakorum Highway Reconstruction Project, and had in-depth communication with CRBC President Du Fei about the promotion of key projects tracked by CRBC in Pakistan.

On the same day, CRBC President Du Fei met with Agha- Executive Secretary of Ministry of Railways of Pakistan. He introduced the efforts made by CRBC for the construction and operation of Mombasa-Nairobi SGR and the achievements made, and expressed CRBC’s confidence in the construction of ML-1 Railway in Pakistan. Executive Secretary Agha and other senior officials of the Ministry of Railways showed great interest in Mombasa-Nairobi SGR, and noted that the construction and operation of Mombasa-Nairobi SGR are of significance for the construction of ML-1 Railway in Pakistan, and that they will further contact with CRBC about related projects.
